Abellio Greater Anglia advice?

Hello friends until i'm waiting Southern to invite me on interview i received offer from Abellio Greater Anglia for Automatic Gate Operator at Liverpool street station. Now they invite me on interview,does anybody know anything about the interview with them? Also i applied for other role as customer service with them and they invite me on 13.11 for assessment day. Does anybody know about the assesment day what include what kind of tests ? Thank you

Im not entirely sure what the assessment are but I know that Assessments and Interviews within AGA are relaxed.

Both TOCs ask competency based questions. I would assume that the assessments may cover things like checking tickets, customer service based assessments. Good Luck!!

Could you tell me more about this job Automatic Gate Operator because i can't understand exactly the job also they invite me for interview direct and if i pass the interview the last stage will be medical,the assessments are for customer service host so what is the difference between the jobs. Thank you mate
