8 is the new starter link - signs all routes out of Woking apart from Guildford - Portsmouth Harbour. You go into that link when you go productive and move into Link 1 (the link of 64) based on your seniority and vacancies in that link.

One link of 64, one of 8, so 72 is the current establishment.

Those of you who have received start dates/have already started, when did you receive your contracts? Qualified Driver starting at Edinburgh in October here.

I've just been through the process of transferring to a different TOC (SWR to ScotRail) as a Qualified Driver and am moving in the autumn. Email your CV to the recruitment team and stay in contact every couple of months to ensure your application is still live.

Anyone else received a start date in October for Edinburgh? Existing qualified driver here transferring.

As far as I know, there’s two links, the lowlander sleeper link and the Highlander. Lowlander is nightshifts and you sign Edinburgh/Glasgow - London Euston. Highlander sign Aberdeen, Inverness and Fort William (Edinburgh TM’s only go to the Fort occasionally to cover Dalmuir TM’s if needed) and...
