They'll ask you for examples of various situations such as times when you have:
Demonstrated good customer service
Dealt with a potentially problematic situation
Went the extra mile for a customer
So make sure in your head you've got a few ready.
Be polite, listen, if needs be take...
Usually the questions via telephone are 'think of a time when......' so have examples to give which back up what you say. (Chances are you'll get questions relating to customer service and safety)
Remember to explain what the situation was, what problems you faced and how you overcame them...
