Hi all, Has anyone got any information or knowledge regarding becoming an instructor? How do you go into that role? Are required to be a trian driver for a certain amount of years? What are the shifts/payscale? Thanks in advance.

I've been through the assessment process and passed. I purchased how to become a train driver book from Amazon and to say I hardly used it. Use your spare time to read through forums, practice every day with the practice material given. All you need is to get your mind use to completing the tasks.
