How long are passed assessments valid for?

How long are passed assessments valid for? Could they run out before you start with a company if you are in a talent pool?

I’m also interested to know if your assessments can run out whilst you’re in the talent pool - or are the checks only when you put your application in etc

Yes they can, it's happened to a few before

I’m almost positive it’s officially 5 years. But most companies won’t want anything older than 2 years. Can be longer though. You’ll only stay in a talent pool for 18-24 months usually so your pass date will be fine in most instances.

It is 5 years and it seems to vary hugely among the companies as to what they will accept. Some will take 5 years but for SWR for example it is 3!
