All this talk about the NHS and inefficient communication... well... the attached picture shows a letter I received from them recently which sums it all up. As you can see, the letter is dated three days after the appointment it informs me has been cancelled. Which is pretty bad in itself...

The irony is that out of all my various company pension funds ( which I really should consolidate ) is that the one which used to be Equitable Life is the one now consistently performing well.

Agreed; I very often miss things because that's where they turn out to be... the number of times I've wandered up and down the aisles and not found something then a member of staff shows me where it is and it's on the end bit...
