Much to my surprise I passed the DMI which was a huge relief but now have the MMI to tackle. From what I understand you get questioned about the six examples given earlier at the assessment day but I wondered if anyone can tell me of anything else that has or may be come up. I've already had one...

Sorry, what is classified as the stage 2. I've done the assessment day and now have DMI followed by MMI if successful.

Can I just confirm that you get a combination of STAR examples style questions and general ones during the DMI. Got mine in a couple of weeks and starting to brick it now.

Can you use the same examples if they come up in both the DMI and MMI???

Hi all, I just wondered if anyone has recently done a DMI with Gtr and if so if they would be willing to give me a bit of an insight of what type of questions im likely to expect. I've not had an interview for 16 years and to say I'm nervous is an understatement.

So I failed on possibly the easiest part being just the phone directory. I knew once I turned the paper over that I had messed it up as I hadn't listened clearly to what was asked and the time was up whilst I was trying to play catch up. Got told I scored highly on everything else though, gutted...
