Based on sheer volume of drivers needed, I'd have said GTR would've been the easiest to get into. Especially if you've already passed Tests/MMI

At least you don't have to leap through that loop for most other TOCs

What feedback did you get ?

Yeah same for me too, I'll email back for feedback today, I know where I went wrong tho.... focused too much on the company only to be told they were not scoring questions, the ones that actually are scoring questions I feel now I should've spent more time on...... I work as a telecommunications engineer for openreach. Sorry to hear that baz, if anything its just a waste of but don't get me wrong I'll be back there in 6 months correcting what I got wrong. The plan is also to join my local fire brigade as they are recruiting now that will help with experience for those dmi/mmi type questions! Onwards and upwards haha ??????

Thing I do not understand is they only asked me about 5 scoring questions saying, saying to me that some of my answers covered two questions and on one of the answers he stopped pointed at me and said great that is exactly what I was looking for and on the rest surely if they are detailed enough for mmi then they should be ok for a less structured dmi, but hey not much we can do but go again

cheers baz, yeah I rang that number in the end just now and left a voicemail as I couldnt get through, however, I just recieved feedback from trudy ming.....

Interview feedback from the hiring managers were that you did not communicate effectively during the interview, also that you were very nervous which led to affecting the quality of the Interview. Both of these reasons led you to score below the required benchmark needed to pass the interview.

Im finding that quite hard to swollow as I was nervous it was an extremley important interview, guess I'll have to control it better next time. MMI wasnt nervous at all there was just a lot more riding on this one I guess.....

How did you get hold of Trudy I am at a loss even more now I was not at all nervous and I am a good communicator but hey who knows, after all it is subjective it is what the interviewers think not me lol and anyway I am grateful I got the chance no two strikes for dmi so we are in a good position mate

I failed my DMI back in December 2015 after I thought I had done well. I really believe they looked favourably at my perseverance this time around. Don't be too down hearted guys and reapply as soon as you can. My start date of 20th September will be 3 years 7 months and 8 days after I first applied. Patience is key.

Sorry to hear of the news guys. Apply again as soon as poss.

I will but gotta try other tocs cos I suddenly thought earlier what if they had a recruitment drive in say 5 months we, we got to wait 6 right then say the next drive is 7 months after thats a year then at least a six month process thats 18 months and no guarantee I wanted govia because of depot locations but also because they put me through everything and I wanted to repay them and not to mention I want every chance before My tests are invalid

Sorry to hear about your results, guys!

Hang in there and keep trying, though! Good things will one day happen.
