    I didn’t end up taking the assessments. Got offered a start date with a toc last week so I didn’t see the point in potentially taking up someone’s space. I wish you all the best of luck with the application.

    I’ve had the email today inviting me to sit the online parts. Does anyone have a definitive answer on if these online tests by the OPC overwrite any previous scores or can affect any current application? I’ve seen a few people asking similar but no real final answer. I have enhanced passes...

    Cancellation of psychometric exams

    Regarding cancellations I can’t see this having any impact on your 2 attempts. I had mine cancelled twice due to strikes, they just issued me another date each time. Luckily my employer was pretty understanding and allowed me to cancel my annual leave dates and submit different ones as needed...

    Thanks mate. To be fair I didn’t apply for the depot I’ve been offered, I was placed in a talent pool for 4/5 weeks for York. They rang me couple of week ago and asked if I’d be interested in a place at Leeds starting in November. I snapped their hand off as Leeds is way better for me location...

    Have you checked on the online portal? I applied for South Yorks, had no emails but the online portal now says end of process as opposed to application in process.

    Yeah mate Northern do the DMI 1st, if you’re successful you will then be invited to psychometric assessments.

    There’s a list on the OPC website mate. Not sure how current it is but it’s definitely on there.
