DB have changed it so when I get off at Oberhausen I have to then change at Munster for a connection to Hamburg

I do have the original reservation confirmation with the Wagon and Seat numbers. The train hasn't changed from Utrecht only that the new itinerary has me getting off in Oberhausen instead of Duisburg.

They can do it over the phone. I have used them 4 times over the last 6 months. They take your details down and email you the priv tickets over.
