Hi all I’m curious about the reason why you have to change seats in the middle of the night if your travelling on the Caledonian Sleeper from London to Fort William. If anyone knows it would be appreciated thanks.

I have bought tickets to go up North on Saturday 17th December which is a strike day. I have seen ticket easements in place for weekdays but the ticket I have has a restriction on there saying not valid on weekdays will this be eased off because of the strike please help……
