Ticket Easments Restriction code FB

I have bought tickets to go up North on Saturday 17th December which is a strike day. I have seen ticket easements in place for weekdays but the ticket I have has a restriction on there saying not valid on weekdays will this be eased off because of the strike please help……

However, it would help to know what your ticket is and where to.

I don't see that the fact it's a day ticket, or that it would ordinarily only be valid on the weekend, has any relevance. NRE clearly states that customers with a ticket for the 17th can travel any day between the 16th and the 20th (inclusive):

Thanks. "Up North" puzzled me - I suppose Norfolk means "North People"....

I was going by what little information the OP provided, and there was no link back to this thread to give any context. "Hunstanton Bus" (Kings Lynn) from East Croydon sounded like a PlusBus ticket to me. Perhaps you could be a little more helpful in explaining what that ticket actually is, rather than simply telling me what it isn't.

Just to clarify: Hunstanton Bus is a specific NR destination reached via King's Lynn then bus, "sponsored" by GTR (ie they determine the fare, which is routed VIA CAMBRIDGE - Lynn doesn't appear in the description).
These through fares appear across the network, slightly randomly.

PlusBus is a different animal

A check with NR reservations for Monday 19 Dec shows it connects at Kings Lynn to a Lynx bus service 34 to Hunstanton from Kings Lynn Transport Interchange. A ten minute walk from the Railway Station. Lynx also operate the 35 and 36 services to Hunstanton some buses go from a stop adjacent to the station see this link https://bustimes.org/stops/2900K1322

I suggest you ask Lynx about validity - they can be contacted via Lynxbus.co.uk

Are there any cases where this makes a difference on national rail operators? Obviously there are lots of cases where third parties are not going to accept tickets on different dates as a result of the industrial action, but excluding those?

The information put out by TOC's customer service channels for using your ticket on a different date during the industrial action doesn't seem to differentiate - unless you can suggest an example where it does?
