Group Bourdon, TRP1&2, TEA-OCC, DFFT No interview, no attention test, no 2 hand coordination. They’re day 2.

If it’s in Watford it’s just the paper tests first. Day 2 is computer tests and MMI.

There has been a huge increase in people failing the MMI in the past year or so. I’m not sure what’s happening. I can only assume they’ve changed the marking criteria but the problem is nobody knows the what that criteria is….

Well the depot drivers will fill the mainline vacancies internally so in theory there would still be the same amount of vacancies.

Greater Anglia have recently changed their driver recruitment process so that all trainee drivers will start as a depot driver and then have apply for a mainline role internally. Do we think this could possibly be the case for all TOCs in the future? Does anyone know the rational behind the...

I personally found the DFFT the hardest of them all. The actual task isn't the problem, it's the time pressure. I only managed 8 but passed, so I must've got them all correct at least :lol:
