    Sounds like you done pretty well at your interview else you would of just got a no thanks. Sounds like they were interested in you but if there were only 2 jobs available the overall points accumulated during the day may have been higher for another applicant.

    hi folks, thanks for the posts. Ihad my assessment yesterday. Went well I think was 10 to start an i was in the remaining 5 for interview but with 1 position available and the sister of the interviewer was a candidate I am doubtful the descion will be fair to be honest. Was a nice day though...
