You will have to pay what you've got away with £5-£7 day x 3 a week since August 2025 plus fines/costs...etc just suck it up and pay and make sure it doesn't run out again.

Which makes me think as more companies go back to the government (SWR being the first since announcement) jobs like RCO's will disappear as they were only created as part of the franchise, the money that was spent on that role could go the BTP as RCO's are pointless and are on very good money...

Same as most railway jobs early start,late finish,weekend work when it's good it's good but when it hits the fan it hits the fan big time. Unfortunately some passangers will try and bully you but the majority are ok, if you are a single person its great but expect to miss birthdays,weddings...

Most probably assessment first then depending on passing that it will be an interview but most probably not on the same day.
