Oh yea I think one of them was timed, the one with more questions.

So my advice would be don't spend too long thinking about it

I'll be honest with you I can't remember, there were two tests that were similar, one test had about seven questions and the other about 15-20

They were all scenario based, and you were put in a dilemma, for example you have to be at a meeting in 45mins however you're manager asks you to do them a favour. You'll be given options and go with the one you would choose.

You may find that you're decision/action may not be there, so choose one which you think would be closest to the decision you would make
