Thanks for the message, yea research both the crossrail project AND MTR, I read on one forum a lot of people are failing this, so while you're waiting to have your interview maybe go on their website and check a few things like stations, project completion etc. It's all there on the website.
With that in mind they would have heard the same things said over before, so make sure you sell yourself. It's a job with high responsibility so go in confident but not arrogant, potentially you could be a really good train driver but if they sense a negative vibe about you they'll be thinking 'Do I really want to work with this person every day?'
One more thing, be honest. They're not there to try and catch you out but if anything comes out later that's inaccurate it's game over.
It's easier said then done but try to relax lol
