The old Pennine garage is now owned by Bibby's, we make use the yard of H & M Craftsman, just across the road from the Bibby garage. we have two buses still there used on normal service work.
I'm guessing the new vehicles for M&SL will include the batch of deckers for Chorley for the 125. Still can't see the route going Gold, to many misfits along certain parts of the route to warrant such high value seating.

Strikes are still on going, Friday, Monday again I think but as you say many drivers are not working overtime meaning extra people have been drafted in. I know a few Inspector chums from around and about who have been there on and off for a number of weeks

At the date I posted the list they were not at, nor due at Manchester. They may have arrived subsequently. It is of course entirely possible that reports posted elsewhere are wrong I cannot vouch for them
