just spotted your message. So, assuming you pass the CBI, you know what the questions were and your answers. What I did was to realise that my answers were written down so when the manger interview came around I eluded to my answers in the CBI and then added some more examples around the criteria of the questions. Where the CBI was very straight down the line, the managers interviews was more relaxed so you could talk about the situations in a more relaxed manner and be perhaps more descriptive. Think about the answers you are going to give, how they could relate to a job driving a train and talk from this angle.
