    Thanks guys I've been given my start date 3rd Feb, only gives me 2 weeks. Luckily my current employer is being quite reasonable and doesn't mind me not giving a months notice!

    Sorry Ritchie dont know anything about merseyrail! I applied for Blackpool (northern) Keep checking e-mails but nothing since they'd said I'd met the criteria and they'd be in touch soon...... but how soon?! That's a shame hidden about the Wigan post, hopefully another position will come up!
