If that is correct that sounds like a very fundamental flaw which should have been reported to the relevant authorities on each and every occasion this occurs.
No, it was sent to Italy as part of the testing programme (climate testing) and then disappeared.
Many rumours from several sources saying it has been scrapped and a new unit being built.
The most important thing is, where are the staff based doing the testing, does anything need to happen to unit before it starts testing, where is the suitable place to start the testing etc.
just because the unit goes to Crewe on test doesn't make it tye suitable place to start testing.
