Basically I'm just worried about a failure to purchase form I recieved. If ITAL say the following: 'I can confirm the case has been paid and has now been complete' Can I rely on this? Would they know if although I've paid the amount, I was on a court list?

So should it accidentally be entered into the system it would affect entrance or it wouldn't?

Yes 16-25 I have been charged £6.95 for this journey previously, on multiple occasions.-and when buying, the person at the office has asked me specifically what time I'm returning, and when I've said between 4-6, this is where he's upped it to 6.95.

Evidently yes, slightly confusing though with the two different prices that you get charged. One week they charge you 6.95, the next £6.25. But hey-ho, you know better than me:)

My local the ticket office at my local station sankey shuts at 16:00 weekly, and there are no ticket machines. So just to be clear, if boarding after the time of closure, it is perfectly acceptable to either purchase on the train or pay at my destination-thanks
