Victoria line again on minor delays this morning due to train cancellations, 7/8min gaps
So yes this may help/warn today's passengers, but the bigger question is how dependable will the service be over the next few weeks/ months? Is there a systemic problem with staffing, equipment reliability etc that will need time to resolve and are the public convinced TFL/LUL have the wherewithal to do so.

Today has been a bad day for the tube generally - Northern line taken out by broken down train in tunnel for 3 hours. Victoria line on delays due to cancellations and then fire alert at Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow + regular engineer and central line TSR’s and a jubilee line train breaking down earlier in the day!
Yes, trying to get to Cannon Street or London Bridge proved challenging due to the problems, combined with all the planned closures.

No Bank branch of the Northern Line due to that broken down train, Jubilee Line with severe delays, no District Line or southern Circle due to planned engineering work, and no NR trains between Charing X and London Bridge due to planned engineering work.

Indeed it's a major issue with weekend travel, that the planned engineering work knocks out many of the alternative routes people might take, when there are problems.

Hope you feel better soon.
Hope the new strains are not too debilitating.
Let's hope TFL react with enhanced cleanliness, PPE, segregation etc to control the spread within staff

Some very lumpy intervals on the Central Line these past few days; further compounded by a new TSR being instated a few days ago Debden-Theydon 35kph on the east. Easily adding another 3-5 mins onto run time. Unsure if this is due to ride quality or undesirable track geometry readings (assuming the latter).

Unfortunately to add to that there have been reports of rough rides around the Central Line. As I pointed out there's a TSR Epping - Theydon west 65kph (as opposed to the usual line speed)

As said before it's a combination of all different factors, certainly now we approach flu/COVID season that won't help matters (as pointed above) lots of viruses going around right now…

(Edit, I've never seen so many Woodford reversers in my life, quite a treat seeing the WB-EB shunt from plf2 today!)
