London St Pancras certainly feels like it for domestic services.
i am not sure where the shopping centre starts but i suspect most people would agree upstairs. Not sure where the legal boundry is.Birmingham New Street.
Grand Central is a third party shopping centre owned by Hammerson, not station retail.

Indeed. The demise of Lewis's is not a pretty tale.I well remember the later years of the original Liverpool Central when all that remained was an empty shell with a few trains to Gateacre when the easiest and most pleasant access to the Low Level station was through Lewis's store
I believe when the development on the other side of the bridge is finished you will be able to access the station from thereWelwyn Garden City through the Howard Centre.
Agree, although the old pre-rebuild New Street would definitely have qualified, the majority of passengers entered/exited the station via the Pallasades shopping centre.Yes, except as I understand it only the first floor is the Hammerson-owned 'Grand Central', the retail units on the ground floor (concourse level) being let by Network Rail as part of the station.
Most of the entrances are on the ground floor so I'm not sure you could say that it is 'exclusively or mainly accessed through' Grand Central.
Same here, Canary Wharf was my first thought.Canary Wharf comes to mind first for me, will have a think about international examples. Can't name any off the top of my head.
Stockholm Central (except the Airport Express)
Yes, indeed, is this unique? In the UK - Walsall?
The DLR also has a direct entrance/exit to one of the shopping centres.Canary Wharf kind of counts as the Jubilee Line station is sandwiched between two shopping centres
And the "shopping centre" doesn't really have its own name. Handy for the Sainsbury's though.Liverpool Central is mostly accessed via a shopping centre (though there is a small side entrance that avoids it) though the shopping centre is quite small and only just worthy of the name.
Now demolished and in the process of being "regenerated"Coming out of Peckham Rye takes you through some derelict (looking) arcade.
