Hi, I was walking along the seafront between Dawlish and Teignmouth on Sunday (28th June) and observed the Paddington to Paignton (RTT link) service being overtaken by the Exeter-Penzance service (RTT link) running on the opposite line (against normal traffic).
I've never seen a service leap-frog another before. Does anyone have any insight on why this happened and is this a regular occurrence?
Thanks
