Cheers. Cause I’m panicking
Don't panic, also on the day of the test make sure you listen to all the instructions from the person administering the test. If they say pen/ pencil down put it down as soon as. Quite a few people on the day I did my written tests didn't do that and I didn't see them at the second stage.

Has anyone else’s application been under review for a while? Mine’s been under review since 10 June with no further updates. Starting to get a bit eager now!

Hey for those who did the m7-sjt do you have any advice or materials I could to help prepare for the assessment day
Use AI to generate random scenarios it will train you make clear you are applying for train driver role and it will explain to you why decision you make are wrong thus correcting it and shift how you think.

I got my email for opc assessments on Thursday last week, only needed to do one as I’d done the others before but didn’t take it as I’ve just been offered a role with another company. They are sending them all out slowly so as everyone says, no news is good news!

I think it’s alphabetical & my initial is S so I’m way down the list, unless someone with the same or lower has been invited already then it’s based off our scores.

Just had a email saying I haven’t been invited to the OPC assessments yet, but my application has been placed on a reserve list for up to six months. If more assessment places become available, they’ll review the reserve list and may invite me later.

I wonder what the chances are the people on reserve list will get invited to the assessment centre

It happened to me I applied in September last year and then was told they sent first 200 people for OPC and review the list if they need and this year in May I went to complete my OPC assesments

Thats great to hear. But it seems this time they are only keeping the reserve list for 6 months whilst yours was longer? Sep to May (circa 8 months). Hopefully everyone gets invited to OPC

Well to be fair they originally emailed me in January that they will now start putting candidates through the OPC that were on reserve but nobody heard after that for few months and seemed like they started picking up on April/May

Went this week and passed, wonder when they’ll do DMIs for this vacancy. Any idea on how quick they done it in the past after testing?
