It'd be either some final online assessments or a face-to-face final interview. You should email and explain, they may give you an extension. I stumbled my words and also felt like I repeated myself a couple of times to try and use up all of the 2-minutes so wasn't particularly confident with how they went. You should definitely give it a go, you never know!

When were you invited to the digital interview stage? How long did it take after you completed your assessments? Was it an internal vacancy, or were you already working in the railway?

No, I’m not, but I’ve also applied. Are you already a conductor with TPE or ScotRail? You mentioned you’re already in the railway industry, so you must have a good chance.

Just received the email. I didn't pass the digital interview. Has any of you been successful? I heard the internal candidates had been already notified weeks earlier about their passing... Looks like it will be again internal hiring mainly as I expected.

Yeah same mate , disappointed in it tbh you go through different levels only for it to be internal candidates

Yes. I spoke with a Glasgow Avanti Train Manager and she did confirm their internal applicants been already notified several weeks ago about their passing with digital interview. Just a complete theatre really. 95 percent of the time they just give the job for their internal applicants especially the TM role. Very frustrating and don't find it a very fair recruitment process.
