Think may been meant how Avanti rates according to that.

Still not sure how those tests show what personality etc is like, did find mine interesting and for this role. only had to do one as could reuse others done earlier in the year.

Basically a customer service based question and asking what your skills are. It does give you the questions before you answer them though so there’s time to prepare for them

Out of curiosity, how did you all score on the arctic shores prior to getting to the online interview stages?

I got 4 on three of the tests and 2 on one of them (the day/night prediction one). I didn't think I'd get through with a 2, but I got the digital interview invite yesterday.

ahhhh
I got 4,4,2,2.the day and night task blew my mind and the facial expressions… I don’t know what that one was all about. Normal behaviour is based on body language in my world.
Many people these days have a resting bíťch face but are perfectly happy…

30 seconds it was
