No, it's the first time of psychometric. That's why I am confused being informed I pass first stage, but I didn't even attend any test before.
Aside from doing what you've already done then I'm not quite sure what more you could do. You could always try calling the recruitment number but otherwise you've attempted to reach out for clarity so it's pretty much an issue on their end now. I'll have to leave it to the more qualified voices on the forums to help you out any further though.

I’d contact them and explain the error.

Firstly the last thing you would want is for them to find out further down the line which could possibly impact you going forward.

Secondly it is a great example of your honesty and conscientious that you could use if you reach the DMI.

Very strange that you haven't done the first stage yet been invited to the second stage maybe they mixed it up with mine and I actually passed and it should've been for me On a serious note though Id contact them and explain as said above it shows your honesty

If you fail any of the tests how do you find out which ones you have failed.
If you pass part 1 and attend part 2, you do the computer tests before the MMI.
If you don’t meet the TPE standard with the computer test results, then you don’t take part in the MMI and they tell you what test you didn’t reach the standard on.

I tried contacted them by email (tpe.recruitment@tpexpress.co.uk) two times already since I recieved the email, but no one reply. May I know what is the recruitment number? I cannot find it. Thank you.

Hope you may get arrange for the second stage ASAP. I had already tried my best to contact them.

It keeps sending an automatic email remind me to book a timeslot for the test, and even said it's the final reminder today. May I seek advices from you guys whether I should book the test or not? The timeslot is booked for full day, but the email mention it will be the second stage test.

I completed my MMI yesterday after successfully completing the computer tests but I really feel that I didn't answer the questions enough.. I was in for 1hr 30 mins!
Has anyone else done them recently?

I thought the same, was only in for an hour I think and I passed. Also thought I'd messed up my DMI and I passed that too.

I always think it's more of what you did say rather than what you didn't do don't stress too much and good luck!

Congratulations!!

I dont think I spoke much about anticipating risks.. however my current role is all about that so I'm kicking myself!! Also felt that I didn't answer well on 'how did that make you feel' questions because a lot of them seemed obvious..

The 'how did that make you feel' questioning in the MMI is often about putting pressure on you and seeing how you react to it rather than actually how you felt.

I was in and out of my MMI in 30 odd mins and passed - the duration of the interview doesn't reflect how well you've done. Fingers crossed for good news.

I can back what others have said in this thread about MMI. Mine lasted 90mins last week and I was convinced I hadn’t said enough, or at least the right things, but got the email through today inviting me to DMI! If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it. I’ve researched TPE and also the depot I would be working at but is there anything else I should do to prepare? TIA

I know a person who done MMI same day as me as had their successful email. It’s been 11 days now and I’ve still had neither. Am I safe to assume that I haven’t been successful?

Strange one then.
Makes 3 of us on here that are waiting for the results for Liverpool. I believe I was on part 1 of the psychs the same day as you and Alliekt were (assuming you are the ones who were sat on the same table as eachother)
It’s a waiting game isn’t it? They’ll be in touch I’m sure of it.

Its working days though isn't it. So for me its only been 5 days! So i could be waiting until next Friday for the answer! But I'm not hopeful as I really didn't feel confident after the MMI

I thought it was just days. Either way the person on my day got told two days later he was successful so Ive accepted I haven’t been. Just think it’s not fair leaving us in limbo like this when they already know if passed or not

Yeah thats true! But surely if we've failed it's just easier to tell us than to keep us waiting!! Has the other person had there date for the DMI?

As someone who has failed and passed this test I'd think there's a particular type of response they're seeking.
