If he were taking the doctor's recommended dose, I'd agree here. However, if he's taking more than what doctors are recommending he take (assuming a doctor recommendation is different to what's on the label), that's a red flag.

Reports coming in that the US has launched significant strikes against Venezuela overnight. Including reports of helicopters over Caracas suggesting ground forces (most likely special forces) involvement alongside air stikes.

At least seven explosions and low-flying aircraft were heard around 2am local time (6am GMT) in Caracas.
Columns of smoke were visible over Venezuela's capital, and people rushed onto the streets.
It was not immediately clear what was behind the explosions.

Quite like the rest of the world to grow a pair as well. Make a start by boycotting the World Cup. Especially as FIFA decided to give him a peace prize.

Doesn't he require the approval of Congress to go to war? This will upset a lot of his MAGA base, so congressional approval would not be a given.

Yes, but that's not stopped multiple attacks by multiple different US Presidency's. The US hasn't fought a declared war since I think World War 2.

The US has long accused Nicolás Maduro of leading an international drug trafficking organisation, something that Maduro denies.

Trump did not give more detail about how Maduro was captured or where he has been taken.

The Venezuelan government have not yet confirmed this.

The US had offered a $50m reward for information leading to the arrest of Maduro.

That, along with the huge military build-up in the region over the last few months, were interpreted in the region as encouragement for someone inside the country to turn against him.

Yes I was wondering about Korea though that was under a UN mandate as such so did the North Koreans or US ever declare war on each other? Either way, it's been 70 odd years since the US fought a declared war and they've done a lot of war fighting in the interim.

The US never formally declared war and its participation was as part of the UN forces.

Maybe Trump can spirit himself away to Russia.

Would be a good way to get him out of the way of the rest of us, and I suspect would be too rambling and incoherent for there to be a serious risk of him helping Putin in any meaningful way.
