I'm well out of touch on this, given I haven't travelled on 378s since introduction.... When was the relivery work moved from Ilford to Widnes? I remember 135, 150, 147, 136, 232, 204(?) being done at Ilford

The first 378 arrived in Widnes mid January. Despite some going to Ilford first, all 57 units will go for repaint at Widnes

Looks like a 378 ran Wembley to Widnes on Sunday, after the weather-related cancellation of the Saturday path. Anyone know which 378 please? Thanks.

Moves recommence this weekend, and are likely to be more frequent now. RailAdventure are the operator going forward.

Was today's 5Q60 1456 Widnes Transport Tech to Wembley C Sidings LO that returning South? Don't have a photo unfortunately since I wasn't expecting it.

My records suggest that is should have been 378256 coming south yesterday (203 returned November 15th).

And does anyone know which one went north from Wembley to Widnes yesterday please?

New livery from present work at Widnes: 201/3/6/7/8/13/14/18/20/21/22/25/26/27/28/29/31/32/56 (206 and 232 already in that livery)
Not been to Widnes but in new livery from previous work at Ilford: 378135/136/147/150 and 204/211
(I think).

378205 is now in widnes going through its 15 year maintenance. Vinyl wrap removed. Back in the new year. New accessible blue door vinyls added

That’s a shame. I quite liked the special livery it had. Oh well.
It was certainly colourful. I saw photos of it heading north without the wrap, which must have been removed at Willesden? Is 'accessible blue doors' a new livery variant..?

Will the doors be entirely blue then instead of orange, of course with necessary accessibility markers?

And I see 209 (ex-poppy, along with 143) has regained set numbers on the cab fronts, and vehicle numbers in the original positions (blue on white), rather than grey on blue as per the refurbished sets.

Yes 209 returned to standard so no variations on position of numbers now 15 year repaint is underway.

Re blue doors - will be a large amount blue, but some orange left. Only one pair of doors each side.

378205 ran one day in service with the blue doors and without branding so looked a bit unique to others (even though just for a day.) wrap numbers, no orange line etx

Ooh nice, looks pretty neat! I'm assuming this is being added to the refurbished look, retaining the black window surroundings, so an update to the latest livery?

378233 was going south on its own power yesterday through Milton Keynes, I didn't know they were regularly going up to Widnest so it was a bit of a surprise! It has the new livery. I can see on Flickr it went north on the 16th March.
