I’ve applied to Preston. I got the email following the tests but I have no clue how many questions I answered.

I think it looked like a generic email so I think we are all in with a chance still

I got no email after I had completed it so if you got the email aswell you must of passed it, well done

Yeah I just don’t want to use a laptop that can potentially scupper my chances, I’d be gutted if I failed due to a fault that wasn’t my own

I’m pissed off because the email said not to use your phone but clearly it does work on your phone, only you can decide pal what to use, I’ve emailed them telling them I had problems and can I do it again, I bet they say no wait 6 months ‍♂️

Both.
The AI can successfully filter (ie give a recommendation) the extremes (good/bad) quite well.
A human will still press the yes/no button.

Just had an email from TPE they won’t let me re do the test,even though I told them all the problems we have encountered. So basically it sounds to me if you received the email straight after the assessment then you are through to the next stage. For us that encountered problems and didn’t get the email we are out ☹️

That's proper sucky of them tbh. They specifically tell you to use a laptop and it's clear people have had technical issues

Exactly it’s not just 1 of us, I’ve asked them to investigate it to see if thee is a glitch

Laptop mate regret using the laptop had to keep scrolling down to see the full page, abit annoying i’d say

On the phone you can see the table and the info, but the bottom 2 selections aren't visible so at least you can see what you need and then move to select

What issues did you have mate? My test page had a bit of a wobble during the examples then refreshed and took me back to the start. Given that the examples and main test were all together as one attempt, I wonder if the refresh meant I'd technically not completed my first attempt

yes I got one this morning but I’ve not had a reply asking them to look into a software glitch or it freezing on the next button, I’m guessing you have not had 1 yet ? I sent mine Friday about 8pm

Email and report it, the more that report it the more chance we will get at re doing it, seems to many people have had issues for it to be just a 1 of thing

Well I can’t log in with IOS devices but can with a windows laptop. But havnt done the test yet. So have no choice but to do it on a laptop.

Email them more people that email them better chance we have

There’s people that have managed it with these issues. So although it’s unfair, it’s a way they have managed to get the numbers down. So they probably won’t be bothered at this stage unfortunately. I’ve reported my issues though just incase they can hopefully resolve for next time.

I managed fine on a Macbook. It was annoying to have to scroll down to submit the answers but, unless I'm missing something compared to others on here, it had a minimal impact on my test.

No issues using a windows laptop, on a few questions there was a slight lag to load the question up, so lost a few seconds but hardly enough to make a significant difference. Good luck folks - the instructions are clear and the practice questions relevant.

I used a windows one. I did have to scroll down to the answers. I got the email and I don’t think I completed half but honestly I couldn’t say. Hope the glitches get resolved for other people.

i zoomed out to 70%, it does help the scroll issue
