Anyone know if Nunney Castle is still down to work the Kingswear tour this Saturday please?
Interesting - is this confirmed anywhere? I ask because 37409 is currently the only loco allocated on Railcam.43047, 43055, 90026, 20118, 20132 scheduled to be on this move:

They were closeWell it wasn’t:
37409 / Mk1 Barrier 6394 / Pullman Mk3 TF 41182 / Mk1 Barrier 6393.
The GBRf staff jolly today was using LSL stock. Was collected from LSL yesterday by 57310.They were close
On another note, I keep seeing photos of ScotRail/Intercity Mk3s being dragged around by GB locos. I presume they are from the LSL stable?
Based on post #1296, I'd sack your "insider source".Not sure but that's what I was told
Ahhh, thanks for that DanThe GBRf staff jolly today was using LSL stock. Was collected from LSL yesterday by 57310.

No further updates. Probably the best place to keep an eye on will be Carl Watson’s website, though I believe it'll be a while yet before it’s out.Morning all,
Have there been any recent updates on the status of 57302 please? Last I saw it was in the Works undergoing refurbishment, and that was back in March.
It's the only non-GWR 57 I'm yet to see so hoping to catch it when it leaves the Works.
Thanks!
This was posted on the UK-rail group this morning.Does anyone know anything about an incident with an LSL charter at Basingstoke yesterday?
1Z33 Kingswear to London Victoria had a medical emergency onboard the train
last night at Basingstoke were it was delayed for almost 3 hours. The train
then moved on as a ECS move to Woking Up Yard where it could berthed for
the night. The same driver will return to the train at Woking after their
12 hours rest today hence the last afternoon departure from Woking.
Which tour was that, @Iskra ? I can't see it on Saphos' site nor on Railtours info site.Does anyone know why the Saphos tour on 2nd of July is cancelled please?
It’s still on railway herald railtours website marked as cancelled. It was meant to be Sir Nigel Gresley.Which tour was that, @Iskra ? I can't see it on Saphos' site nor on Railtours info site.
Always annoying when trying to catch more than one railtour in the same area and one gets cancelled! Or there many hours apart. It’s still on railway herald railtours website marked as cancelled. It was meant to be Sir Nigel Gresley.
I was hoping to catch that and the Western over the Settle & Carlisle on the same day
Yeah! Thought I was being clever catching 2!Always annoying when trying to catch more than one railtour in the same area and one gets cancelled! Or there many hours apart.
Railway herald website usually gives a reason why it's cancelled but not on this occasion.
Does anyone know if these two still there?I believe 20118/132 were dropped off at Carlisle Upperby yesterday
ThanksThey were still there on Wednesday, so unless there are any movements on RealTimeTrains since then, they should still be there.
According to WNXX news page, yesI've been told LSL have acquired 40012? Is this correct please?
Thank youAccording to WNXX news page, yes

I imagine they will advertise it, but after it has been fettled for mainline use. I am guesing it will be off to Barrow Hill for extensive bogie workHopefully good news. It would be lovely if LSL could advertise its use. The Northampton to Kingswear trip was a stunning 40 tour - If only they’d advertised it to happen! (And yes I know it was meant to be a kettle from Taunton.)
They were still there on Monday 14th.They were still there on Wednesday, so unless there are any movements on RealTimeTrains since then, they should still be there.

The two class 20’s in question at Carlisle Upperby.
The train will be formed of the ScotRail set and hauled by Top & Tail Class 47s.
Our train will leave Crewe around 07.00 and will run via Alsager to pick up at Stoke on Trent. From Stoke the train will run via Uttoxeter, East Midlands Parkway, Leicester, Kettering, Bedford and Rougemont to Bletchley where a further pick up will be available. On leaving Nuneaton we will reverse at Denbigh Hall Jn before traversing the recently re-opened East West Rail route to Oxford. After a reversal at Oxford, we will run via Gavray Jn to Princes Risborough with a further reversal her before arriving at Aylesbury. At Aylesbury, with the generous assistance of Chiltern Railways, we will visit Aylesbury Depot Reception Line. After a further reversal here, we will retrace our steps to Princes Risborough and a run through to London Marylebone.
