Out of interest, has anyone received a rejection email? Just trying to work out if they’ve done the initial sift as it seems myself and everyone else on here has been invited to the online tests.

I’m on hol until Monday so can’t until I’m back then! Do you know if they prioritise those who do it sooner? I’m hoping not ha
I would like to think they wouldn't. People like yourself shouldn't be penalised. If they give a deadline of 18th June, as long as it's done by then and it's passed then who cares when you did it in my opinion.

Mine doesn’t have a deadline within the email text - does yours? I haven’t logged in for fear of having to do it then and there.

Anyone done the “assessment” and “spatial ability” yet through SHL?
Not yet - got until the 18th so planning to do mine on the weekend when I've got an empty house and plenty of time for them

Just completed the online assessments. Found the spatial awareness very difficult particularly the cube puzzles. Managed to complete 18 out of 22 but think I got quite a few wrong. Not hopeful. Good luck to everyone else.

I suppose if everybody finds them particularly difficult all it does is lower the bar required for entry - or at least that's what I'm hoping!

I've just recieved an email with the two assessments. Before I do them, any advice from anyone who has recently done them would be very much appreciated! Thanks.

Thank you! Much appreciated!

And can I just ask about the first one as well? The one that is just labelled 'Assessment'. Roughly what does that entail?

Standard personality test, mainly having to choose which statement out of 3 most defines your behaviour in the workplace, and that kind of thing. Spatial reasoning was horrific - though there a few I was quite confident on at least.

I spoke to Andy on Thursday. He said that the Sept course is for ‘Birmingham and North’, but it wasn’t confirmed exact numbers for which depots.
I’m in the talent pool for Bristol, so it’s a keep waiting for me.
