Don't some other banks also offer 4-year ones as an incentive? Could it be from one of those?Hello folks.
See here.

Has anyone else ever come across a 4 year railcard before ? It wasn't a Santander because they have a particular banner on them. Just never seen one like this.
But usually it has a logo on the top. You're probably right though.Santander offer a 4 year railcard with their student account: https://www.santander.co.uk/personal/current-accounts/santander-edge-student-current-account
08ZSA.The issuing location (6038) and UTN prefix (RC) are consistent with one issued through RDG, which would fit with a Santander one.
I don't believe there's anything other than the period of validity to distinguish them from a normal 16-25 Railcard, so presumably the first five characters of the Railcard number are 08ZMA as well?
Makes sense. 08 is RDG's Railcard "issuer code" as well. Can't see ZSA in my list of codes, but not having it widely available is also sensible.08ZSA.
