I do not understand what the word 'coach' is here in your post? I realise the English is probably not your first language.

Basically yes, do this.

It is good if you can print it and include it in the envelope with their original letter that you are sending back if you do not have good hand writing, Sign it with a pen under what you write.

Send them BOTH your signed print out, and the letter they sent you. Send all this in the same envelope as I explained above. make sure every separate bit of paper (on each side of the paper) has your reference number, and name, and address written on it

You say you are a student in your original post. If any of this is unclear about how to send this back to them I suggest you go to your college or university, (probably the student union), and ask someone to check all this and that you have followed the instructions correctly. Someone there will be able to help check it for you. They won't care about what you did to get into this situation so you can ask them for help.

Did you get your postage tracked as advised and if you did does the tracking record on line say it has been delivered?

I do not think it will matter but if it is worrying you then send it again with the exact address on the envelope in full if you wish.

I can not see that it would create a problem to send what you sent before again. If this is what you are asking.

As it's GTR, you can simply email them to check they received it - and include a picture of the contents of what you sent as an attachment.

One is where you have not replied to any correspondence, and have received a criminal conviction, and a fine as punishment. Has this been paid? Did you receive any notification of the proceedings?

And, separate to this, you short ticketed in an entirely separate incident?
