That's the little maintenance shed at Los Prados, 2 mins before you arrive in Málaga.

Very good @185. It is indeed Los Prados. The best place for watching and photography that I've found in the Malaga area.
The shed doesn't seem so little when you walk from the station along the road behind the shed to the end of the sidings where the bridge goes over the lines. That takes a good 20 minutes hard walking each way, can be worth it though.
Over to you - although it appears from your comment Piso abierto si es correcto that you are throwing it open to anyone....
