According to a driver I was speaking to recently, 57 Enviro 400MMCs are due at East Midlands from Manchester imminently, of which 4 have already arrived at Mansfield as noted in post #103.
There is a post in the Stagecoach Manchester discussion on this forum stating that 45 older Enviro 400s in the 192xx range are due to come to East Midlands by May after a period of loan to Metroline. So 102 buses all in.
Looking at Bustimes East Mids have 79 vehicles due for replacement (29 ALX400s and 50 Euro 3 Enviro 400s).
It will be interesting to see what else is replaced. A possibility is the B7RLES of which there are 24 currently, pretty much non-standard in Stagecoach.

It be either B7RLE's or the 22 series MANs

Apparently there are some E200MMCs transferring in to hull soon not sure when supposedly to replace 22 series MANs that have not had the Euro6 exhaust upgrades

not sure how true however as the same source says Hull are due 2 small E200's ex London from Peterborough

I highly doubt it I suspect it's in hull for MOT or repairs and will go back

26255 is the one in base blue 250 livery but without the branding. It used to have branding but it was a different style to the other three and was removed quite quickly.

26255 is apparently now Hull allocated for the 350 working that (Hull has just gained from EY)

This now begs the question 1. Why send a 250 liveries one not a normal liveried one 2. Surly 26177 the spare fastcat would make more sence?

Not sure how true but 10738 is the first East Midlands E400MMC to be repainted was spotted being returned to Hull in the Dark Blue livery earlier with a partial seat refurb from what I was informed

26255 today was noted on 1/2 in Boothferrys later on 7/8 and 14/15 according to bustimes

It's replaced 26255 which is now at hull permanent and is due to get fastcat branding in the new year apparently according to staff at the depot

Seen photos of 10738 it's in the lighter dark blue livery (which is now apparently confirmed not a trial) and a new darker grey leather interior which is apparently the new seat trim allowed to the light grey they new orders were getting

It's still got old internal flooring and orange bars currently but I believe should be changed at a later date

The photos I seen I have been asked not to share but I believe the bus is due out in service (10738) next day or 2 once logos have been applied they are just deciding about the "we got you branding" as they don't know if it's needed or not

Apparently There are talks that this is in discussion depending on how many Manchester E400's they receive and what condition there in also apparently next repaint be 26255 into fastcat but that's only come from my source at the depot

My source at the depot says they found a new engine and gearbox and it's getting fixed ready for repaint with 26255 and 2 more 10's due to get repainted.

I believe but don't quote me 10738 had a lot of panel damage hence it's repaint

11192 is in coronation livery and with the coronation being 2 years ago next year it thought it might make sense for it to be repainted.

26255 definitely needs doing and I presume with it being blue is probably the reason they have allocated it to different routes the past few days than the 350 to avoid confusion.

Yes they gained 27203 back at Hull so that's been covering for 26255 on 350 and likewise 26255 been covering 7/8 that 27203 would have been on

I though 27203 was just covering for Hull only having one 350 branded vehicle due to 26173 seeming to have an issue on the 13:10 to Scunthorpe on Thursday so was replaced with 27203 for the 14:45 return journey

My source at depot says 27203 was coming back anyway apparently as that was going be spare 350 then out the blue 26255 showed and told that's going be there new fastcat (initially 26177 was the vehicle suggested once Scunthorpe get there extra E400's on 23rd)

My source also informs me that hull control were told to return 26255 to depot yesterday (which bustimes seems to confirm its switch replaced by a E200 of all buses on 7/8)

So not sure if plans changed and 26255 been returned, it's getting sent for repaint or engineers just needed it

Thanks for the information and I never said your source was wrong and do know that plans easily change on a daily basis so would understand if things don’t end up happening.
