The other big change locally was the split of the 102 (frankly something that needed to happen to improve reliability).
The corridor is now as follows:
102 - Folkestone Harbour to Lydd, hourly (3 vehicles)
103 - Folkestone Harbour to Lydd-on-Sea (The Pilot), hourly (3 vehicles)
104 - Dover to Hythe, half-hourly (via Folkestone Harbour)
105 - Dover to Folkestone, half-hourly (via Stanway Crescent, then loop via Folkestone Harbour and back out direct using Dover Road). The 104 and 105 appear to interwork and, as far as I can tell, work on a three-and-a-half-hour cycle (doing a 104 and return, then a 105 and return, and so on) - so should need seven vehicles but only five are tracking this morning).
Ashford now appears to work the 102/103 out of Old Romney, with 10706/08/10/14/16/19 transferred with the routes, but two of them are out on the 2A and 10 instead! Dover has retained the 104/105. Dover is also now working the 71/71A Cheriton services with a mix of 'deckers and Enviro 200s (the routes are no longer being interworked with other services).
The split preserves the core frequencies introduced last year (so x15min Folkestone - Dover, x15min Folkestone - Hythe, and x30min Hythe - New Romney). Improvements include the terminating of the 102/103 at Marine Parade, by Folkestone Harbour, and serving Folkestone Central Station on all 102/103/104 workings - but also, a Sunday evening service until 2200 from Folkestone down to New Romney, which is a big surprise (it used to finish by about 1930).
The other side-effect of these changes is a frequent link from Folkestone Central to the Harbour - which presumably will mean that the wildly successful 51 service operated by Crosskeys last summer (it carried well over 10,000 passengers in just seven weeks) will no longer be needed. I wonder if Stagecoach saw that as a potential competitive threat?
