Hi Guys, I have just applied for the role, could anyone please tell what will be the next stage?
Be yourself, relax, the hardest past I found was the vetting, you just have to be patient, but if you be yourself relax, I am sure you will be fine, I found the people who interviewed me was so so kind

I know absolutely nothing I'm afraid, I'm still digesting the fact I'm starting in 5 weeks time. I'm looking forward to a new challenge and meeting new people.
Congratulations can you let us know if you will have the chance to
Opt it for private medical for the tfl ? Because it seems not everyone can have private medical

Does anyone knows the shift pattern on days ? And also if you can have private medical as on the TFL website some Jobs have ( option to opt into) on private medical and some jobs don’t have it

I'm not sure lol. Originally I applied for days but also submitted a form to do nights.

Just waiting to see what happens now.

Once applied you should get an initial assesment, a second assesment then the interview/ role play. I cant speak for the others, when I applied to when I was offered the job took 3weeks. The longest part is the vetting which most waited between 7- 10 months.
Good luck
I got the online assessment. Any advice on how to prepare and any tips?

I will be honest it was over a year ago so I can't remember to much... You can expect Questions like: At your work, a customer makes a mistake but blames you/bank how do you deal with it, they give you multiple choice answers. You just give honest non antagonising customer based answers..
Good luck the others may remember more than me.

There must be a mistake I just dug this up to clarify the word salary. Driving me mad as I keep thinking I have read it wrong all this time

Its advertised as £36806 including a 15% allowance, £32000 plus 15% (£4800) would bring it up to £36800.
When I applied for the role it was advertised as £36875 inc 15% and rising to £41073 after a year.
Looking into it, the allowance seems to be related to shift work
When you find out, please let us know.

So I found this on my profile, the thing is that says 15% shift allowance, my contract says plus 25% shift allowance, it’s so so confusing and really stressing me out lol

Its been a stressful since we applied lol. If it says plus 25% that's £40k. See what they come back with.
