If we're going to go down that rather controversial route, then how about bringing in the zonal law of 1998, which would allow me to move to any similar zoned station (within the existing rules, of course). I'll just play it simple and bring it back toLondon. It might be controversial due to the zone no longer existing, but there is a precedent in Williams vs Johnston 2009.

Ah the recent moves remind me of when I used to play on the bus to school. This was in the midnineties, just after the Fourth major release of the rules and of course we kept ending up in Belgium with no obvious way out (and thus the obvious need for the Zonal law - though not so obvious why it took 3 years to come in!
