Hello,
I have an Off-Peak Return from Carlisle to Kendal. £21.80.
I was planning on using the return portion yesterday (Sunday), but there were no Sunday services on the Windermere line, only a few rail replacement buses. The Sunday services were showing as operating when I purchased the ticket on Friday.
Would I be entitled to get a 50% refund on my ticket if I don’t use it? The delay to my journey to Carlisle would have been about 90 minutes if I'd chosen to wait for the next RRB. Instead I took the offer of a lift.
Secondly, there's a small chance I'll be in the area again, so I could use the ticket. I guess there's no problem waiting until the end of validity before I request a refund?

Not sure what I need to do now. I think I need to give them £10.40 back somehow! Or maybe that's too much hassle?

So I submitted a refund request to Uber/ Omio, and they've refunded the full £21.80, even though I wasn't seeking a refund for the outbound. They say this is because the ticket was completely unscanned.Hello,
