I failed the assessment day, waiting for feedback as to what I did wrong. Do we know if many failed it or just me? lol

Didn't know they were advertising in Norwich?
So that when they’re talking about everyone after you’ve done your tasks and activities they can put a face to a name.
Yeah they advertised later than the other depots, I applied mid September

Are you internal or external mate?
I attended the assessment day at Lincoln at the beginning of the week and received an email Friday to let me know that I had been unsuccessful. Very disappointed

I know you feel you have done ok and they say no just like that. Such a shame. I felt like my world had come to an end

Does anyone know if there are multiple assessment days or just one per depot per recruitment campaign? Is there another one for Kettering coming up?
The email sent for the assessment day said it was the only date they had available. That’s not to say they won’t advertise again, however!
External candidate, quater of the room were internal candidates though on assessment day

anyone who applied for king cross heard anything yet? been like 3 months now
Got told I was shortlisted to the assessment centre stage, as I had already passed me OPC assessments. Not heard anything else since then
EMR aren't at Kings Cross.
Yeah Im pretty sure they actually meant St Pancras

Pretty sure there was only one assessment on the 24th and I also passed.

I didn't realise there was two assessments for Kettering on the day. Don't think majority of the candidates did tbf.

Had email today and instead of doing manager interview next (stated in email after assessment centre) they are doing opc 2 instead. I actually prefer it that way around so sort of glad, would hate to have passed interview then failed opc 2 personally.
Hi Spider, I got through the OPC1 and assessment day, the next stage is managers interviews sometime in November
