Could possibly be a knackered MA, resistor fan or knackered compressor as they're the only moving important components when the train is stationary. Given its previous issue reported as a "brake fault", perhaps the compressor has been on its last legs causing air supply issues and finally given up the ghost with a lot of noise and smoke. All speculative but an educated guess! The only things that should be making a noise when the train is stopped are the compressor and possibly the motor blowers. The latter normally stop a few seconds after the train stops but they do keep going longer in hot weather.
507003 was reported in the control log a few days ago as having a driver/guard bell fault, nothing too unusual!
