It's on 1V91 from Chester, as 1T91. Nearly 60 down. Reports of overrunning engineering works.Looks like issues with HD02 this morning so only 3 sets out.

Yep, looks like engineering works at Holyhead didn’t finish on time so nothing was running. Seems to be sorted nowIt's on 1V91 from Chester, as 1T91. Nearly 60 down. Reports of overrunning engineering works.
Pretty sure its waiting a decision on livery which will mean we might see it back in service like it is.67016 out on test today between Crewe IEMD and Stafford. Not painted yet:

There was a depot incident involving one of the Mk4s so neither were able to go.Seems both Crewe starts didn't make it off the depot, I believe they were HD01 and 03, HD01 I believe was 1V33 from Manchester which as stated "problem with the traction equipment". Basically 67008 has had an issue
I'm planning on travelling on the 12:52 off Cardiff to Manchester in 2 weeks time on 22/6 - I'm aware only one Saturday has passed since the TT change but has the MK4 situation been alright? Was thinking of purchasing a first class ticket but didn't do so in the end, with concern over it being swapped for a unit.
Many thanks
Possibly, it depends if it's used later or if it just stays there all day.I’ve had some hard luck with 1V91 recently. Ended up with a 197 again, no fault of the 67 as 197017 has turned up as HD02 is stuck in Holyhead.
Does that mean 1W96 back might be a unit tonight to balance things?
That’s very true it’s just unlucky, and no problem thank you, let’s see what I get.Possibly, it depends if it's used later or if it just stays there all day.
Infrastructure issues and over-running engineering works have caused a lot more disruption to the diagrams than the trains these last few weeks.
If I'm not mistaken you can buy an upgrade to first onboard, so if you really want to you probably could if it did end up as MK4.I'm planning on travelling on the 12:52 off Cardiff to Manchester in 2 weeks time on 22/6 - I'm aware only one Saturday has passed since the TT change but has the MK4 situation been alright? Exactly what I'm thinking of doing. Missed the sale so the price difference would be worth saving on just in case it wasn't an MK4...If I'm not mistaken you can buy an upgrade to first onboard, so if you really want to you probably could if it did end up as MK4.
It is swapping so 1W96 will be a unit so that HD02 is in place for tomorrowThat’s very true it’s just unlucky, and no problem thank you, let’s see what I get
thanks for the heads up SD . Hopefully a 3 car 197 to help manage the business out of CardiffIt is swapping so 1W96 will be a unit so that HD02 is in place for tomorrow
197125, does have standard plus so it's better than nothing!thanks for the heads up SD . Hopefully a 3 car 197 to help manage the business out of Cardiff
It's allocated to the 05:30 from Holyhead tomorrow so it shouldn't be going far.Looks like 67022 just left Holyhead empty anyone know where it’s going?
Any idea where it went? It definitely went onto the DM at Holyhead.M

Not sure where it's been all day but possibly just shunting between 2 of the depot, the stabling point and the station ready for the morning.Any idea where it went? It definitely went onto the DM at Holyhead.
It had been sitting in the yard quiet all day (the one between platform 1 and the carriage wash). The shunt signal had DM in the route box so I assume it has shunted round as you said. Just on an exam over the weekend along with 05 and 07 having exams at Crewe.Saw HD06's DVT poking out of the shed on Canton this morning, now that I've passed by Canton again it's vanished, any reason for HD06 sitting there or is it just on an exam?
1W65 > 1H65 look to be the same with a a swap at Crewe at 21:37 and the set going to the shed. This weeks 1W23, 16:49 Cardiff - Manchester slightly amended with it terminating at Crewe and going onto the shed with a 1H23 19:30 Crewe - Manchester replacing it formed of a 197. As a result, despite the train-crew working through from 1W23>1H23, because it fails the minimum connection time at Crewe it doesn’t show as a valid connection through to Manchester.
Not sure why the amended diagram though, I would imagine it’s to do with balancing the 197s from the “splitting” at Piccadilly.
Suspected dragging brakes on the DVT. As the loco Is trapped at the buffer end so can't run round it will require dragging back to avoid the DVT being an end vehicle.Addeed to which 1V42 cape at Piccadilly due to brake fault, and an engine on its way to collect the stock.
