1) How do you book health and drug tests? Do you usually get invited through email? I have been waiting for 3 months after being successful, and I still have no email from Reed.
2) Is your job full-time or part-time?

Thank you for the information. Sorry for repeatedly asking about full-time positions; I didn't notice the account name. I apologize again. (I ask this because I've heard that full-time positions fill quickly, while part-time positions may experience delays.) Could you confirm if Suzana Lucas is the hiring manager? I receive emails from an account called 'High Volume Onboarding' that are signed by her."

Just applied as well hope they don't reject because I made a mistake on the education section (gcse thing) I'm not really aware of the education system works here
You get a quick brief of what's happening, and then you're taken to a room where someone else will outline what the RP will
involve with a quick brief. You also get 5 mins or so to prepare. You have the brief written down as well and you're able to make notes on the extra paper they give you.
Mine involved a drunk passenger.
Smile when you 1st approach the actor if you can, introduce yourself. And just show empathy. See if they need assistant, find out the issue. The actor I was working with was a bit hard to budge but she helped a bit by giving me extra information on what the problem is and then you try to resolve it. Make small talk when you can. Treat it like an actual case. I suggest you ask to see if they have a valid ticket too, which I didnt end up doing since I was nervous.
After RP I was led into another room to wait and was told I passed and then I was taken to a different room with someone else to complete SBI.
SBI involved some youths, creating an obstruction at the gates and then someone on the other side of the gates spilling their drinks. You have like 10 minutes to prepare. Basically what would you do at that instance and then why you answered as such.

I have done my Roleplay and SBI earlier today. My SBI was pretty long and I was questioned about what is Customer Service to you related to this role? And a couple of other questions.
When I asked, the assessor told me I would have to wait for the result for about a month.
What are the chances of me clearing this?
Is there anyone who’s got rejected after attending SBI? Or should I be hopeful?
I thought I did ok, but they don't tell you after SBI if you passed or not. My scenario was pretty standard. I used my pass experience to explain why I made those choices and why I choose to sort out the problems in that order.
I had a spillage and gates being obstructed. I told them I sort out the spillage 1st and then the gates.
Thank you. If I get a reply, I will update here to say if I passed or not
Got my first day instructions just now, I asked and they advised to bring a bag to carry your uniform back with you as you receive it all on your first day. Anyone starting 4th march? I’ll see you there!

Scenario Based Interview link in my email is not opening either

The SBI is you answer the questions giving an example of a scenario you faced, following the competency framework document they provided. Also when answering the question it’s best to follow the STAR structure. I’ll pm you some more details.
Hi everyone. Just recently joined this group. So far been very helpful. I just did my written test at the West Kensington office on Friday 27th Feb. Waiting to see if I have passed that. Would love if someone can share some specific scenarios and role plays they do to prepare better.

Just to update I just received an email that I have succeeded the written test and being invited to booked the next stage which is role play and SBI. Very surprise with the turnaround time. Just did the test yesterday and have the results emailed already.

I got the email today at 16:32. They have sent me a link to book another appointment which I believe is going to be role play and SBI but there aren’t any slots available to book at the moment.
I had my roleplay and SBI a month ago at Ashfield House. I know i passed my roleplay and I then completed the SBI as best I could but I'm yet to hear any update since then.
Does anyone know whether I should follow up or play the waiting game?
Is no response a good indication as I'm thinking I've maybe been placed on some kind of wait list - if I'd failed the SBI surely they'd have let me know immediately...right?
Sorry a lot of questions and worries swirling through my mind as it's a job I really, really want.
I finished my role play and SBI today. This forum has been quite helpful for me so even I will explain how it was for me.
The role play involved a guy who was unable to tap in to the station. He had a card but I guess there were issues with the balance. He was quite adamant on getting through. I did not let him in without a ticket.
The SBI involved a group of charity workers blocking the entrance. There was also a case of a suspicious bag near them. I think our safety awareness is something the interviewer prioritises.
I feel I did the role play quite well but I am not sure of the SBI. I explained the scenario and what I would do but I didn’t speak much upon my past experiences. I just went through what I would do for each issue.
