Does anyone know anything about the incident in George Street, Lancaster involving the UID Solo on 18.30 Service 10 to Ridge ?

Only there was an ambulance in attenance at abt 18.40, and the police were taking measurements and photos at abt 18.50.

Thought I was hearing things at first! Heard it go towards train station from bus station, had to check timetable to see if it was evening 30 or not!

I thought I was seeing things! Must have liked its run out to Maryport this afternoon so much it wanted to go back for more! 34218 has started making a high pitch trumpet noise when it reaches the top of its gear revs. We really can't afford that to pack in at the moment!

34616 won't be on 46/47 tommorow... Because it's Sunday Service.

Not being funny here, but sounds like a cry for help to me. If you really want to kill yourself, lots of pills or a gun or jumping in front of a train are much more likely to succeed.....

I would like to see the 551/2 combining to give an hourly service to Arnside - it would be well used, especially in summer!

599 was worked by 16294, TA12, TA14, TA15, TA16. Though I'm pretty sure I missed at least one slot.
Member Paul Mcgill was seen at the helm of one of the OT Tridents, can'y remember which.

Also, all the OT Tridents are now PO51/24F, this is due to the removal of 2 seats to create a cycle storage space.


I was in TA13 in morning time and 20459 on conistons this afternoon. Only 17012 has had a bile rack fitted behind the stairs as a triel to see if works. At the moment there are 6 drivers from morecambe depot on loan at kendal doing pretty much everything I only got one day in lakes next week rest of time in kendal and 555s.

14266 was stolen from barrow depot in early hours this morning and landed in the roundabout at the end of A590 were joins A591 forgot the roundabout name. Was frightend to photo it while was there coz lots of police but it's been dragged to kendal or morecambe so will get some soon. It never went towards barrow anywayz.

It's Newby Bridge, I only just got a pic of 14266 in Barrow last Saturday.

Reading the Evening Mail, 14266 has actually crashed. 18 year old driver sent to Hospital with serious injurys, but NOT life threatening.

22597 was waiting at X5/300 stand, seemingly went out on evening 300/301 as mentioned by 07Andrew, 34218 was in the bus station but went up to the depot and 34616 went out on the evening X5.....tight! 34218 came back down to the bus station around 15 mins after.
