What’s the difference between the 2 interviews? I’m guessing the DMI is more extensive and in a different format

== Doublepost prevention - post automatically merged: ==

Also do they require references?

DMI - Driver Manager Interview
MMI - Multi-modal Interview

Essentially, DMI is your standard employment interview where you prove you're a good fit for the company/depot.
MMI is a psychometric interview where you are pushed on set scenario based questions to see how you cope under stress/pressure amongst other things.

Just done mine, been waiting for a window this week to sit and do it. Found it very straightforward and finished with time left, hopefully that's a good thing.

I got 3 minutes into the test about Question 6 and the page shutdown for no reason, as such the test ended and I can no longer access it. Does anyone know if the OPC will give me another chance! It was genuinely no fault of my own.

Unfortunately, no. Feel free to email them but in the nicest way possible they simply have so many candidates that they don’t need to be flexible. Also, it’d be very hard to prove that your browser just shut itself down.

I’ve dropped them an email explaining and will call them tomorrow.

Of course no way to prove it but I assume they can see my results and see that I had filled in about 5 answers in 4 minutes and then nothing. I have a nothing to gain doing this. I cant even remember the first paragraph of information.

Is what it is though. Waiting a year for XC to recruit again just to fail at this point is infuriating especially when I have recent OPC passes.

Tell me about it! Knowing that the RAAT’s due date has passed and they could email us any moment :frown:
Some people have been waiting over a week since completing it, some just 48hrs so for some the wait will be agonising I'm sure.

I am not good at the waiting part. :'( I should have done the RAAT’s a bit later instead of on the day they sent them.
Nonetheless, I hope we all receive good news soon and that they don’t leave anyone without an answer!

Also, be aware that last time, there was no such thing as a 'you passed the RAAT' Email.

It was either a rejection, a DMI invitation, or nothing.

Sorry to hear that. At least this part doesn't count towards your 2 lives, so keep on applying in future
Yeh I’m disappointed but not too disappointed I’ve been offered a shunter role for another TOC so start that next month. Just didn’t want to put all my eggs in one basket and take that route as a possible internal move in the coming years.

Same unfortunately, i got a no but was half expecting it, as didnt finish it all and was distracted part way through. In all honesty I live close to an hours drive from the depot, so not sure how feasible it would have been. Passed all tests and MMI with another TOC but failed final stage DMI earlier in year. Hoping that depot readvertise next year, so will go back to final stage, if application up it scratch, as only 15 mins away.

Good news though if you havent had the email, as might be a good sign, fingers crossed.

Best of luck to you all!!!
