Still waiting got my pass email for the CBI from OPC on the 24th may got a email of Avanti 19th July now still waiting for DMI Liverpool applicant

We are in the same time line, I also passed CBI on 24th May. Got an update on 19th July.

It definitely doesn’t but with some research on this forum, you can get an idea of what to expect. Would have liked a free travel pass to get up to Crew and back from Euston.
Anyway good luck to all those at the final stages, hopefully if successful, I’ll meet some of you lot from this intake at training or in the Euston mess room.

How’s everyone felling about there DMI
Hi all, quick random question, is it true avanti has the highest pass criteria for the psychometric exams? I’ve had an email from LNER asking me to attend the assessment day (and MMI) but I’m thinking avanti had the higher pass bracket (and I am through with avanti) so I should only need the MMI?
The pass marks are kept secret between the OPC and the TOCs, therefore there is no way of knowing who has the highest pass criteria.

Actually that particular question isn't a secret. The OPC told my training group that overground and crossrail required the highest passes.
Well that's interesting. I stand corrected. I suppose if you've been through the process more than once you'll be able to get an idea on who has higher pass marks depending on the tests used, but I don't expect any of us will have an exact idea.
Hi everyone. I just got an email invite to go to the first face to face stage in Glasgow on Tuesday 19th September (Edinburgh Applicant).
Unfortunately due the nature of my current job, I really need more notice as I already have a full day of clients book in that day.
Can’t think how to make it other than make some lies up which I don’t really want to do! Might ask if there are other assessment dates available.

I would just be honest about why you can’t make it, I know someone who got another date for the next month.
Although somewhat irrelevant, if another TOC uses different tests, you could have scored 100% (I know that’s probably impossible) for a TOC but if not completed a test required by another TOC you will still have to sit that test, potentially the TOC might want all tests test. I’d recommend stop getting concerned about it, apply to a TOC, check what you’ve got to do, and do it.
