Depends which operator of course as some choose to cull the service quite severely well in excess of what needs o/t to cover for ease of planning. Those operators should now have a contingency tt that can be resourced against establishment as its clear there is going to be no movement from either side in short term. I also doubt Labour, should they be elected, will move this forward very far other than sitting round the table they need money for NHS first.I agree with you Goldfish62 . People have got used to planning around the odd strike day here and there. An overtime ban is a bit inconvenient. IMO I think the only way this will be resolved is all out action.
